Discovery

Understand the problem and the client's context. Define scope, goals, risks. Output: discovery document and initial roadmap.

ETAPA 02

Architecture

Design the full technical system: stack, data, integrations, infrastructure, critical decisions documented. Output: architecture document.

ETAPA 03

Foundations

CI, observability, auth, schema. The boring stuff that gets expensive if you bolt it on later. Deployable to production from week two.

ETAPA 04

Build & ship

Two-week increments. Every Friday's demo is already serving real traffic. Feature flags and gradual migration when replacing existing systems.
